Trading CFDs and spread bets involve a high level of risk, including the possibility of losing all my invested capital.

It is my responsibility to monitor my positions and to manage the risks by using the risk management tools available to me (e.g. stop-loss orders).

I will not own or have any rights in the underlying assets of any CFD or spread bet.

If I do not maintain sufficient funds on my account, Onyx Capital Advisory Limited (“Flux Markets”) has a regulatory obligation to close my positions automatically and cannot delay giving effect to such liquidation.

Market liquidity and volatility may impact pricing, including Flux Markets’ ability to generate prices or execute my orders.

I have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Agreement which incorporates Flux Markets’ Term of Business in its entirety and other documentation referenced in the Terms of Business which form part of the Agreement, as available here:

I understand that Flux Markets will provide services to me in accordance with the following documents, which, for my own benefit and protection, I should read: Terms of Business, Order Execution Policy, Risk Disclosure Notice, Key Information Documents and Cost and Charges disclosure.

I understand that the Agreement is legally binding and constitutes a contract between myself and Flux Markets. If I do not agree with the Agreement, I must not proceed.

The information I have provided to Flux Markets about myself is accurate and not misleading in any aspect.

I will inform Flux Markets of any material changes to the information I provided immediately.

I understand and agree that Flux Markets has a legitimate interest in contacting me by email, SMS, post or phone in connection with my application and my account to ensure that I am aware of all the services available to me, or for other marketing purposes.

I understand that I can opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by contacting Flux Markets. I understand that further information on how Flux Markets processes client data is contained in Flux Markets’ Privacy Policy (Flux Privacy Policy).
